Remote One Handed information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote One Handed worker, and why are they important?

I'm sorry, but 'Remote One Handed' does not appear to be a recognized professional occupation, so I cannot provide a relevant answer.

What are some effective strategies for staying productive and comfortable while working remotely in a one-handed role?

Working remotely in a one-handed role can present unique challenges, such as managing tasks efficiently and maintaining comfort throughout the workday. It's important to use accessible technology, such as speech-to-text software or specialized keyboards, to streamline workflows. Establishing a well-organized workspace and taking regular breaks can help reduce strain and improve productivity. Additionally, communicating proactively with your team about your preferred tools and any necessary accommodations can foster a supportive work environment.

These roles are designed to accommodate accessibility needs and may include jobs in fields such as data entry, virtual assistance, writing, customer service, or tech support. Employers offering remote one handed jobs usually provide adaptive technologies or flexible work environments to ensure employees can perform their duties comfortably. This allows individuals with limited hand mobility to participate in the workforce and maintain productivity. Such jobs are an important part of inclusive hiring practices.

Job description

???? About MyWellbeing

You are unique. Your therapist should be, too.

MyWellbeing is on a mission to make high-quality mental health care more personalized, accessible, and human-centered. Through thoughtful therapist matching, we help people find care that truly fits - while supporting clinicians in building meaningful, sustainable practices.

Since launching, MyWellbeing has supported more than 250,000 people in their search for care and built a community of 2,000+ mental health providers across the country. Our mental health education and resources reach over 45 million people each month, helping normalize therapy and expand access to care.

Our team is fully remote, with teammates across the U.S. and internationally, united by a shared belief that clinician wellbeing and client care go hand in hand.

We’re now hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build the engine that brings people who need mental health care to the providers who can help them.

???? The Opportunity

MyWellbeing is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale the marketing systems that drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role - you’ll set strategy, manage budget, and build the measurement infrastructure to know what’s actually working.

You’ll work directly with the founding team, combining rigorous data thinking with creative instincts to grow a brand that genuinely changes lives. This is not a role for someone who wants to run campaigns handed to them. You’ll build the playbook and execute on it.

Our most successful Growth Marketing Manager will be someone who:

  • Is entrepreneurial in applying growth learnings, best practices, and customer discovery mentality to identifying new growth channels and scaling new products that resonate with our audience

  • Is deeply fluent in measurement and attribution and knows the difference between correlation and causation in marketing data

  • Has a strong point of view on AI and actively uses it to accelerate output, quality, and experimentation

  • Can move across paid, organic, content, and lifecycle

  • Thinks in systems that compound growth rather than one-off sprints or one-time campaigns

  • Thrives in a startup environment and is comfortable making decisions with imperfect information

  • Has experience marketing a product that requires education before purchase

  • Is energized by a mission that matters: more people accessing mental health care that fits

???? Responsibilities

Acquisition Strategy & Paid Growth

  • Set acquisition strategy and budget allocation across paid and organic channels with genuine rigor - from content and community to paid infrastructure, with the measurement to know what’s actually driving revenue

  • Own performance marketing across paid search, social, and emerging channels - with strong command of bidding, targeting, creative testing, and unit economics

  • Identify new growth surfaces before the business needs them and build the case to go after them

Conversion, Retention & Lifecycle

  • Oversee CRO, landing page strategy, email capture, and referral programs as compounding growth levers, not afterthoughts

  • Build the retention and lifecycle programs that turn first-time clients into long-term subscribers — using segmentation, behavioral triggers, and channel mix that reflects how our users actually engage

  • Own email and SMS as retention channels: flows, broadcasts, A/B tests, and the reporting to improve them

Experimentation & AI

  • Strategically leverages, integrates and oversees AI enhancing our workflows (vs. blindly running with AI's outputs)

  • Maintain a proactive pulse on new AI opportunities to advance and automate marketing outputs, volume, and quality

  • Empower the team to move fast and make good decisions while maintaining brand voice and values

  • Bring genuine fluency in AI tools and workflows: you use them daily, not aspirationally

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build systems that make good decisions easier: define KPIs, track them rigorously, and create feedback loops between data and creative

  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to understand the full client journey, not just the top of funnel

The two most important KPIs you will own:

  • Client acquisition cost

  • Client intake volume

???? What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

  • Own paid channels end-to-end and begin experiments to optimize performance

  • Lifecycle and retention programs live with measurable impact on engagement and rebooking

  • Manage reporting dashboards and contribute thoughtfully to strategic leadership discussions

  • Audit existing channels, creative, and attribution infrastructure; surface the top 3–5 growth opportunities

Six Months

  • CAC and ROAS trending in the right direction across primary acquisition channels

  • Improvement in audience engagement and conversion in line with agreed upon KPIs

  • Identification and adoption of 1+ new products or channels

Year One

  • You’re the authoritative voice on growth strategy inside MyWellbeing

  • Sustainable, compounding systems running across acquisition, conversion, and retention

  • A clear point of view on which channels and programs to scale next and the data to back it

  • Preparing to expand the growth department and making a case for which teammates and why

???? Qualifications

  • 3+ years in growth or digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on customer acquisition and 1+ years overseeing data and reporting

  • You can point to growth infrastructure you stood up and the results it produced

  • Genuine fluency in measurement: you understand the difference between correlation and causation in marketing data, and you build systems accordingly

  • Strong point of view on AI and how it applies to growth workflows and a track record of actually using it

  • Experience marketing a product that requires education before purchase

  • High agency, low ego: you move fast, decide with imperfect information, and own outcomes fully

  • Comfortable holding strategic and executional responsibilities in parallel

  • Experience with tools across the modern growth stack: paid platforms (Meta, Google), analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent), email/lifecycle (Klaviyo, Braze, Brevo, or equivalent), and attribution

???? Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 - $115,000 annual salary

  • Competitive equity package as a central member of a lean team

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Health FSA and Dependent FSA

  • 401K Retirement

  • Competitive PTO

  • Warm, inclusive team culture

  • Opportunities for internal career advancement as we continue to grow

???? Wellbee Love

At MyWellbeing, we call ourselves Wellbees – clinicians and teammates working together to build wellbeing in ourselves and in the communities we serve. ????

Our team consistently shares that the supportive culture and strong sense of purpose are among the most meaningful aspects of working here.

Opportunities for connection include:

  • Quarterly team forums and weekly office hours with leadership

  • Professional development and skill-building investments

  • Virtual and in-person community events
