Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and remote patient monitoring tools is essential. Outstanding communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills help build trust with patients and coordinate care effectively from a distance. These competencies are vital to ensure safe, high-quality oncology care while meeting patient needs in a virtual environment.
