Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Seeking an Assurance Leader to own end-to-end testing assurance within a large-scale transformation program, across both technical and business workstreams.
• Role includes direct engagement with senior client stakeholders (CXO/SVP level).
• Requires extensive hands-on experience delivering testing and implementation assurance on large, complex programs, beyond traditional test management.
Top skills required for this role:
Own end-to-end testing assurance, including strategy, planning, traceability, and stage-gate governance.
Lead test execution, managing risks, issues, and defects.
Engage and communicate effectively with senior IT and business stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
