Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Diagnostic Imaging team as a full-time remote Care Team Specialist II. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both patients and healthcare professionals. This role is a communication liaison between the medical care team and our patients. You will be responsible for processing referrals in an accurate and timely manner as well as insurance authorizations. The right candidate will provide excellent customer service by greeting and registering arriving patients, answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance and co-pay information, and maintaining waiting room areas. Our Imaging department is a collaborative group that is committed to patient-centered care, and we can't wait to welcome you to the team!
Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift
