Rising Phoenix Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Trauma-Informed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, allowing you to provide essential support to individuals coping with trauma and PTSD in an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for clients, maintaining ongoing communication and support through up to bi-weekly sessions and termination sessions.
  • Utilize trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR and IFS, to address complex trauma, PTSD, and related mental health issues.
  • Assess and manage safety concerns, providing crisis intervention services as therapeutically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with fellow counselors for consultation, supervision, and referrals, fostering a community of practice.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including therapy notes and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Make ethical decisions that prioritize client needs while ensuring high standards of professional conduct.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications
