Position Overview

Zebra Global Architecture is seeking a Senior-level Architectural Project Manager based in Seattle, Washington to support the design and delivery of high-volume retail and food & beverage projects. This role is fully remote (work from home) and will be instrumental in supporting Zebra’s expanding West Coast and national client programs.

The Architectural Project Manager will lead projects for flagship brands including Shake Shack, Starbucks, and Zara, managing multiple concurrent projects from early design through construction and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple retail and food & beverage projects simultaneously across various U.S. markets

  • Lead projects from concept design through construction administration

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand programs

  • Oversee schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables across all project phases

  • Manage permitting, jurisdictional coordination, and authority approvals

  • Review construction documents for technical accuracy and brand compliance

  • Support design-build delivery and fast-track rollout schedules

  • Ensure consistency across repeat brand prototypes and site adaptations

  • Participate in internal design reviews and global collaboration efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (required)

  • 8–15 years of professional architectural experience

  • Strong background in Retail and Food & Beverage projects

  • Experience managing multi-site or repeat prototype programs

  • Located in Seattle, WA or willing to relocate

  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect (preferred, not required)
