Integrated Media - Remote (U.S. Based)
Operation Blessing (OB) is looking for a Web Designer to manage and optimize Operation Blessing's digital presence through website design, content management, email marketing support, fundraising initiatives, analytics, and project coordination.
This position collaborates with internal stakeholders, corporate IT teams, and third-party development partners to deliver effective digital experiences that support ministry, marketing, and fundraising objectives. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB's Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ's name to meet physical and spiritual needs.
The salary range for this position is $51,700-$55,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in web development and design
  • Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
  • Proficient in Internet production tools
  • Working knowledge of ASP, HTML, XML, Visual Basic or Java desirable
  • Working knowledge in WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and website reporting tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to use design practices, modeling and system documentation
  • On-going ability to learn new methods and technologies and implement them
  • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a creative team
  • Strong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public
