Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HCA Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health concerns and substance use issues, and creating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Delivering a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that each approach is customized to meet individual client needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely updates in care plans and progress notes.
  • Actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, registered nurses, and counselors to provide integrated treatment, contributing to each patient’s comprehensive care strategy.
  • Facilitating ongoing education for patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment pathways, helping them to understand their options and available resources.
  • Participating in weekly team meetings and case consultations to share experiences, troubleshoot challenges, and improve clinical practices.
  • Remaining current with the latest research and best practices in mental health and addiction treatment, applying new insights to enhance patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
