Immediate Consult-Liaison PMHNP Opening for Wisconsin License
Location: Remote
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Consult Liaison Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Wisconsin. This Consult Liaison PMHNP role is open to those with an active Wisconsin license and offers a flexible remote schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in providing consult liaison services for a hospital with a daily census of 4-6 patients that is expected to increase over the coming year.
This Consult-Liaison PMHNP role is currently classified as a 1099 contractor position with a pay per patient model, but IPC is open to discussion of other contract models. Rates are currently set at $80 per initial consultation and $30 per follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform psychiatric evaluations and manage medications for patients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults).
  • Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely psychiatric interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply a patient-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • PMHNP
  • Active, unrestricted NP license in the State of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one.
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.

  • Must be able to work remotely; candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. (Wisconsin licensure preferred).
