Whatever it takes. Wherever it takes us. What we offer
  • Competitive Pay - $65,000.00 to $75,000.00/year DOE
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Time, 401k w/match, etc.)
  • Growth Opportunity and Career Advancement
  • Agile and Adaptable team culture
  • Innovative and revolutionary technology solutions
  • A higher calling to provide quality patient care

See how Dragonfly Health is transforming the world of hospice and post-acute care.

What you will do
  • Build trusted relationships with hospice customers and become a strategic partner in their long-term success.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs and aligning Dragonfly Health solutions to support quality care and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to promote appropriate medication utilization, patient care outcomes, and cost management initiatives.
  • Lead recurring business reviews by preparing meeting agendas, facilitating customer discussions, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Coordinate with Billing, Operations, Customer Service, Implementation, and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
  • Support new customer onboarding, implementations, integrations, and post-go-live education to ensure a successful transition.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and account plans within Salesforce.
  • Monitor account performance, utilization trends, and customer health to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support customer growth, acquisitions, expanded services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in customer education, conferences, and marketing events while serving as a trusted resource for clients and internal partners.
What we look for

  • Three or more years of experience in healthcare account management, hospice, pharmacy services, client success, healthcare operations, or a related healthcare environment
  • Experience supporting hospice, home health, long-term care, post-acute care, or pharmacy customers preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Experience leading customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret utilization, operational, and financial trends
  • Experience collaborating across clinical, operational, billing, implementation, customer service, and sales teams
