Job description

You are the first voice a person hears when they reach out to us, often on one of the hardest days of their life. A death in the family. A divorce. A trust that is not doing what someone promised it would.
We are hiring a specialist to own that first conversation. You will listen, gather the facts that matter, and get the right person in front of the right attorney quickly. Done well, this role is the difference between someone getting help and someone giving up and calling no one else.
What you will do
  • Handle inbound calls, web inquiries and referrals across family law, probate, estate and trust matters
  • Ask the questions that surface the real issue, then document it clearly for the attorney who takes the case
  • Qualify matters against our intake criteria and route them to the right attorney, scheduling consultations and confirming attendance
  • Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet decided, with persistence and without pressure
  • Track every interaction in our case management system so nothing falls through
  • Build intake scripts, referral materials and follow up sequences that convert more inquiries into consultations
  • Route all substantive legal questions to an attorney. You will never advise on the merits of a matter

What we are looking for
  • Two or more years in sales, client service, legal intake, or any role where you talked to people under stress
  • Composure on the phone with someone who is grieving, angry or frightened
  • Written clarity. Your intake notes are what an attorney reads before deciding whether to take a case
  • Comfort with a CRM and with being measured on consultations booked and retained

Requirements
  • Proven ability in sales or customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various practice areas.
  • Demonstrated understanding of negotiation techniques and client engagement strategies.
  • Experience assisting in a law office environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail for clear documentation and correspondence.
  • Legal administrative experience is preferred to manage client data efficiently. Join us if you're passionate about connecting people with essential legal services! This role offers an exciting chance to grow your sales expertise while supporting clients through their legal journeys in a vibrant professional setting.

Benefits
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year - The total compensation range, including bonus opportunities, will be based on the candidate's years of experience.
Benefits:
  • 401(k)
  • 401(k) matching
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance
