We continue to grow every year and are looking to expand our team.

● Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage a portfolio of active client implementations and add-on projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing resources and balancing workloads.

● Project Planning & Scoping: Work alongside JMT technical teams and client stakeholders (often CFOs and Finance Directors) to develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans.

● Resource Coordination: Align cross-functional internal resources and client teams to ensure technical milestones, data migrations, and training goals are met.

● Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, financial system alignment issues, or scope creep. Manage the change control process and escalate risks to JMT management as needed.

● Methodology & Documentation: Maintain meticulous project documentation and contribute to refining JMT’s proven implementation and project management methodology.

Ideal qualifications & skills:

● Experience: 5+ years of professional project management experience, ideally within a technology consulting firm or professional services environment.

● Financial Tech Savvy: Proven experience managing implementations of mid-market financial management/ERP software (e.g., Sage Intacct, CommunityBrands, MIP, NetSuite) or CPM/budgeting tools is highly preferred.

● Tools: Mastery of modern PM collaboration tools (Smartsheet preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

● Certifications: PMP Certification (or active progress toward certification) is highly desirable. Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) are a significant plus.

● Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical and financial jargon into clear, actionable project steps for non-technical stakeholders.
