Front Row is seeking a performance-driven Video Editor to join our content team. This role blends high-level creative storytelling with performance-driven execution, requiring both a strong editorial point of view and a deep understanding of conversion-focused creative. You will be responsible for shaping the visual narrative, pacing and tonal direction of video content while also producing and iterating on high-volume creative variations designed to drive measurable results.
This role requires a balance of creative instinct and data-driven thinking. You'll partner closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Paid Media teams, and Strategists to develop compelling content that resonates across modern platforms and performs against business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and can seamlessly move between brand storytelling and performance optimisation.

We deliver 360° marketing solutions, from social and influencer marketing to paid media, email, creative development, and web design, all with a unified, data-driven approach. Within this ecosystem, this role will support both Brand and Paid Media creative teams, flexing across high-quality editorial storytelling and high-volume, performance-driven content production.
Responsibilities:
  • Edit high-performing video content across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging content
  • Produce and iterate on high volumes of creative variations (hooks, pacing, messaging, formats) to support testing frameworks
  • Shape the visual narrative, tone, and pacing of content to align with brand identity and campaign goals
  • Translate performance data and creative feedback into actionable edit improvements
  • Ensure all video content is platform-native, conversion-focused, and optimized for scale
  • Own end-to-end post-production, including editing, motion design, sound, and pacing
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and Paid Media teams to align on creative direction and performance goals
  • Rapidly turn around assets and adapt creatives based on real-time feedback and results
  • Maintain strong organization of assets, project files, and versioning across multiple campaigns
  • Contribute to evolving editing workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and output volume
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative production and iteration
  • Support both brand storytelling initiatives and performance marketing needs as business priorities shift

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of professional video editing experience, with experience across both brand and performance marketing content
  • Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Premier , After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder , with the ability to work seamlessly across tools
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows including syncing, color correction, sound design, and file organization
  • Ability to edit both high-quality brand content and high-volume, conversion-focused video assets
  • Deep understanding of platform-native editing styles for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Strong grasp of typography , motion design, pacing, and sound design to enhance storytelling and performance
  • Proven ability to create multiple variations from a single concept or footage set to support creative testing frameworks
  • Strong understanding of direct-response creative principles (hooks, retention, CTA)
  • Experience using performance data and insights to inform editing decisions and iterate on creative
  • Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate editing and variation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Creative, Strategy and Media teams
