The general salary range for this position is $63,400 โ€“ 95,200. Salary offers will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, training and education.

Humane World for Animals, a global leader in animal advocacy and protection, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist for the Technology and Information Solutions department. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the management and optimization of the organizationโ€™s constituent relationship management systems, ensuring the seamless flow of information and leveraging technology to enhance the organizationโ€™s supporter engagement efforts. This position supports the vision, strategy, and operations for all enterprise solutions in support of the constituent experience. Included in this role is the upkeep and improvement of constituent relationship management and related platforms, encompassing access control, user support, and training. The role is instrumental in ensuring systems health and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) in response to user requests.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Supports the vision, strategy and roadmap for systems across the enterprise. Executes against that strategy and vision. Assists with the consolidation of technology solutions across the enterprise and synchronizes business needs with technology systems;
โ€ข Assists in developing technical documentation to support systems and users, participates in the creation of policies, procedures and standards, and provides training and support to staff members on system usage, best practices and data entry guidelines;
โ€ขย  Assists with the implementation, customization, and administration of the core enterprise systems that houses constituent data;
โ€ข Develops and maintains data entry protocols, workflows, diagrams and dictionaries, ensuring consistency and adherence to data management best practices;
โ€ข Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements, workflows, and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency;
โ€ข Serves as a subject matter expert for any system-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, new technology requests, and liaising with technical support when necessary;
โ€ข Ensures compliance with data protection regulations and maintains confidentiality and security of constituent information;
โ€ข Stays informed about emerging trends, updates and features in enterprise technology, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate;
โ€ข Performs other duties or responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required;
โ€ข A minimum of 5 years of related work experience required;
โ€ข Strong technical proficiency in applications and software platforms (e.g., Revolution Online Inc, Engaging Networks, Salesforce) and data management principles required;
โ€ข Familiarity with database management, systems development lifecycle (SDLC), and business process design, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, effective solutions from concept through implementation;
โ€ข Experience supporting CRM and constituent data systems, including working with vendors and supporting system configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization;
โ€ข Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts and the ability to understand and communicate relationships across systems and data flows;
โ€ข Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
โ€ข Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, manage conflicts, and provide training and support to users at all levels;
โ€ข Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for CRM and data management practices;
โ€ข Experience supporting nonprofit fundraising operations and familiarity with donor management best practices;
โ€ข Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with an interest in exploring new tools, technologies, and systems;
โ€ข Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, adaptable, and user-focused approach to systems support;
โ€ข Strong interest in animal protection issues preferred.

This is a full-time position based in the United States. DC Metro Area- Remote Eligible.
