Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Execute month-end close activities across various accounting functions with precision and efficiency.
  • Support special projects, process optimizations, and system enhancements to maintain scalable operations.
  • Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure financial accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting processes and enhance operational accuracy.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and controls with practical, innovative solutions.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities while contributing positive energy to a collaborative team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline

EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience and 1+ years in industry, preferably in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Strong technical accounting skills with a focus on process optimization and scalability.
  • Proven ability to excel in collaborative, fast-paced teams and adapt to a high-energy workplace.

KNOWLEDGE
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting practices.
  • Knowledge and understanding of finance/accounting systems and designing processes and procedures
  • Accounting workpaper design and documentation

SKILLS
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
