As a key member of our therapy team, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting client mental health:

• Conduct one-on-one video sessions with clients, utilizing teletherapy tools to deliver evidence-based treatment and enhance their emotional well-being.
• Employ a solution-focused approach to assess clients’ mental health conditions, creating personalized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and empathetic interactions.
• Guide clients in exploring their feelings and experiences, fostering a safe environment for self-discovery and personal growth.
• Actively advocate for your clients by supporting them in establishing meaningful life goals and navigating their treatment journey.
• Provide effective follow-up and continuity of care, ensuring clients receive the support they need beyond initial sessions.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health concerns. This includes managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and transitional life challenges. Your expertise will serve a diverse demographic, enabling you to employ your skills with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring they receive the tailored support necessary for their unique situations.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential without any disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic disposition.
• Proficiency in technology, ensuring effective and seamless communication through our teletherapy platform.

• Previous experience in remote therapy or telehealth services.
