Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to provide services. Our flexible scheduling allows you to work with a diverse patient base from the comfort of your own home. We operate from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing great adaptability in managing your work hours while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our support team will assist with scheduling and client services, ensuring you have more time to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and identifying tailored treatment approaches.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience-building.
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.
  • Providing crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
  • Educating clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
  • Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care best practices.
  • Continuously updating knowledge regarding the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy.
