Become a founding team member, as Qualicare Homecare Denver is hiring a Healthcare Supervisor (RN) to lead care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality home care services for our clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking to step into a leadership role in the home health / home care industry, where someone can have their fingerprints on the culture and success of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervisor / RN Duties
    • Oversee home care services to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
    • Develop and manage care plans for clients
    • Perform client assessments and reassessments
    • Ensure proper clinical documentation and compliance
  • Care Coordination
    • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families
    • Manage hospital-to-home transitions and referrals
    • Ensure continuity of care and positive client outcomes
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and support caregivers and healthcare staff
    • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
    • Assign staff based on client needs and skill level
    • Provide coaching and performance management
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with Colorado home care regulations
    • Maintain readiness for audits and surveys
    • Monitor and improve service quality
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) OR licensed healthcare professional (as permitted by Colorado regulations)
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience, including: at least 1 year in home care or a closely related field
  • Experience as a Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Manager, or Care Coordinator preferred
  • Current licensure in good standing
