Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a flatbed or tractor-trailer in all weather conditions
  • Deliver materials to customers throughout the local area
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Load and unload materials safely and securely
  • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs
  • Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
  • Maintain clean and properly serviced equipment
  • Ensure deliveries are accurate and completed on time
  • Operate forklifts and other delivery equipment as needed
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Current Medical Card
  • Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be able to operate a manual transmission (Preferred experience with a 10 speed manual transmission)
  • Ability to pass background and Clearinghouse checks
  • Strong commitment to safety and customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
  • Experience with flatbed delivery preferred
