Job description

CDL Class B Driver (with HAZMAT) needed for Local deliveries

Nittany Energy is a local family-owned company that is looking to expand our team and is in need of an experienced Fuel Delivery Driver with a Class B / Hazmat

We have a driver position available at our PHILIPSBURG location.

As a driver with Nittany Energy you will deliver, load and unload heating oil, diesel and gasoline in a safe and timely manner while providing outstanding customer service.

Driver Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fuel products to our residential and commercial customers
  • Work directly with the Plant Manager / Dispatcher each day for scheduling and delivery details
  • Conduct pre and post trip inspections and complete required record keeping processes
  • Make contact with customers to provide delivery details, answer questions and collect payment as needed
  • Safe and Courteous operation of a delivery truck within company standards & DOT regulations
  • Primarily M-F during schedule during business hours with the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed during busy times

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Prior experience required
  • CDL Class A or B with current tanker and hazmat endorsement
  • Up to date DOT medical certification
