You will conduct sessions via telehealth, effectively utilizing technology to engage with clients comfortably from their own environments. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions for clients.
• Provide individualized evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Work with clients on an appointment basis, accommodating their scheduling needs and adapting sessions as necessary to maintain continuity of care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure cohesive client care and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records (EMRs) in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

As an LPC at Miracle Mental Health Counseling, you will work primarily with outpatient clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical and legal considerations in counseling practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable rapport building with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other counseling tools essential for documentation and client management.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family dynamics, or couples counseling.
• Experience in providing remote counseling services and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in team-driven approaches to client care.
