Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions for clients.
  • Provide individualized evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Work with clients on an appointment basis, accommodating their scheduling needs and adapting sessions as necessary to maintain continuity of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure cohesive client care and support.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records (EMRs) in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
