Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to treat various emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop initial treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client needs and specific treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services and progress notes in compliance with professional and facility standards.
  • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings to collaborate with peers and coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Manage an assigned caseload while balancing a diverse range of client needs and progress objectives.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in interactions with clients, and proactively address any concerns or feedback that may arise.
  • Recognize and prioritize patient safety throughout all therapeutic interactions as a core value of our practice.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in staff training sessions as required.

Qualifications
