In this pivotal role, you will provide compassionate and evidence-based mental health care to clients within our outpatient mental health clinic, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

About the Organization

At Elite Social Work Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals of all ages in San Antonio, Texas, and beyond. Our outpatient clinic is designed to create a nurturing and supportive environment, fostering healing and personal growth. We specialize in diagnosing and treating an array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices, we empower our clients to achieve their personal wellness goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Work Environment

This position offers the unique benefit of a remote setting, providing you the ability to perform your duties from the comfort of your own home, while staying connected with colleagues and clients through advanced telehealth technology. You will be part of a collaborative team that values communication and teamwork. While the position is primarily remote, you may have the opportunity to engage with clients face-to-face at our Hospice Center in San Antonio as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Elite Social Work Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of clients.
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing evaluations for progress.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and peer support among clients.
  • Offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to clients in immediate need.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are well recorded.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to older adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their healing journeys, as you tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their individual needs and backgrounds.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to assess and respond to client needs effectively.
  • Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting will be given preference. Experience with telehealth services is also advantageous, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, along with attractive benefits designed to enhance your well-being and support your professional development. Benefits include:

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
