Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Elite Social Work Services, you will:

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs and resources of students.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the specific goals and challenges of each student.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as school counselors and educational staff, to provide integrated care and support.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower students and their families.
• Respond to crisis situations by performing risk assessments and creating safety plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in school environments. Familiarity with working with diverse student populations is also highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
