We are currently expanding our team and looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to write and post technical job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from niche platforms, screening resumes based on specialized skills, and conducting interviews using various methods.
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and play a key role in expanding our IT teams.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engage with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand.
Your focus will be on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent.
By building a robust-tech talent pipeline, you will contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals for our IT positions.

Responsibilities
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Salesforce, MuleSoft, and low-code/no-code products
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter 
  • Extensive hiring experience within the low-code/no-code market.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, phone, structured).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
