Role Overview: Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as the operational glue of the company-ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and cross-team coordination is seamless. You'll help streamline workflows, improve internal communication, and support leadership with day-to-day operations.
You'll also contribute to initiatives across marketing, product management, CRM, scheduling/logistics, app testing, partnerships, and user engagement, making this an ideal role for a proactive, versatile generalist.
Responsibilities

  2. Use tools like Asana and Slack to keep projects and deadlines organized across the team.

  6. Support the CEO and CTO by managing daily tasks and people operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar function; startup experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and handling evolving assignments.
  • A self-starter who's comfortable operating without detailed instructions.
