Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Individualized Therapy: Deliver tailored therapy for individuals, couples, and families utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues.
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct detailed mental health assessments to grasp clients' backgrounds, strengths, and areas of concern, collaborating closely with them to establish actionable and personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals.
  • Treatment Planning & Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate client progress through ongoing assessments, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Case Management: Engage as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to guarantee clients receive holistic care tailored to their comprehensive needs.
  • Document Clinical Progress: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, ensuring that client records are secure and comprehensive.
  • Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills and knowledge of emerging mental health trends.

You will work with a diverse client base, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications
  • Education and Licensure: A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) is essential.
