This position partners closely with sales leadership and business development teams to drive process improvements, support proposal development activities, and deliver operational excellence. What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Head of eCOA Neuroscience Sales in documenting, maintaining, and monitoring sales processes.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and processes that improve the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of sales operations, proposal development, and business development activities.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate critical internal and external client meetings.

  • Lead special projects focused on sales performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), process improvements, and operational efficiencies.

  • Own and manage specific proposal development activities, including timeline creation, timeline tool optimization, and proposal support initiatives.

  • Partner with Business Development Representatives, Client Solutions Leads, and operational stakeholders to track proposal development, timelines, and related deliverables.

  • Review proposals, pricing documentation, contracts, and change orders, as applicable, to ensure alignment with client requirements and request-for-proposal (RFP) specifications.

  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce.com processes, documentation, and reporting capabilities to support organizational effectiveness.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business operations, or a related function.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, including process administration and reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
