• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, risks, and challenges, which serves as the foundation for developing personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, ensuring that each client's unique characteristics and circumstances are taken into account for effective intervention and support.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress through regular follow-up sessions and adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Provide teletherapy support to clients utilizing secure platforms, ensuring their comfort and accessibility, particularly for those facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Keep accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, enabling you to apply a wide range of therapeutic approaches and techniques. The practice encourages cultural competence and sensitivity to ensure that clients feel valued and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Licensure in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong understanding of different therapeutic approaches and the ability to adapt modalities based on individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and instilling trust with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences are critical in establishing an effective therapeutic relationship.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills, facilitating effective case management and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly regarded due to our remote work setting.
• Previous work in outpatient mental health environments or private practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will be advantageous to streamline documentation processes.
