• Identifying clients’ needs on available policy and benefits and recommend tailored solutions.
• Assisting clients with policy details, claims, eligibility, and coverage options.
• Processing policy changes and updates as requested.
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth service and client satisfaction.
• Maintain precise and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Working closely with colleagues to enhance client experiences and drive team-wide success, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
