Job description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support of the Reyes Holdings global IP LAN/WAN IP infrastructures specifically for the network security systems (firewalls, Zscaler), supporting 170+ global locations and 3 major contact centers
  • Oversight of Security policies, best practice configurations of enterprise firewalls, virtual private networks, web protocols, and secure remote access technologies
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and processing network and firewall operational tickets received from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel as well as escalated incidents that are received from other sources; categorize issues for escalation and assign to appropriate technical teams where required
  • Firewall Support: evaluate firewall data logs to analyze the effectiveness of the solution or policy, validate firewall changes submitted by stakeholders if it adheres to Security and Reyes Holding’s policy or best practice standard, and serve as escalation contact for firewall MSP for any issues that needs Reyes Holdings’ internal teams’ validation and approval
  • Participate in the current and future ITSM processes including but not limited to incident, problem, and change control processes
  • Recognize, identify, and prioritize incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies and operational impact
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
