As a member of the Harmony Help Network team, you will work in a supportive and collaborative virtual setting. The schedule offers a typical Monday to Friday routine, from 9 am to 5 pm, but may require occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients, employing validated tools and best practices.
• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the individual goals and therapeutic needs of each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other health practitioners, to create cohesive and effective care plans.
• Maintain confidential client records, adhering strictly to legal standards and ethical guidelines to ensure patient privacy and trustworthiness.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry trends.

The clients you will be serving at Harmony Help Network represent a diverse population facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use issues. • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited program in clinical mental health counseling or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions in a variety of mental health contexts.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods suitable for various mental health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience working in community health or clinical settings, particularly in high-demand environments.
