• A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Proven expertise or substantial training in mental health counseling reflecting a thorough understanding of evidence-based practices.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team to improve client outcomes and deliver integrated care.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with extensive experience in mental health counseling, especially in remote or telehealth settings, will be preferred. Familiarity with substance abuse treatment and crisis intervention techniques is an additional asset.
