100% Remote within Florida | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time

The Opportunity

IT Resources is looking for a motivated recruiter to join our experienced, IT-focused staffing team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who enjoys finding strong technical talent, building candidate relationships, and managing the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer and placement.

You will work closely with our account management team on active client openings, but you will not be responsible for hunting for new clients or generating sales. We offer a 100% remote environment, a high level of autonomy, and an uncapped commission plan designed to reward performance.

What You Will Do

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, screening, candidate preparation, submittals, interview coordination, offer support, and follow-up.

Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire IT positions across areas such as software development, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Loxo, referrals, networking, and existing talent pools.

Conduct thorough candidate screens to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, compensation expectations, availability, and career goals.

Prepare clear, accurate candidate write-ups and present qualified candidates to the account management team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and beyond.

Maintain accurate and timely candidate activity, notes, and pipeline information in Loxo.

Partner with account managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and client feedback.

Consistently manage multiple active openings while delivering a responsive, professional candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For

At least one year of recruiting experience.

Staffing-agency recruiting experience is highly preferred.

Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to source, engage, screen, and manage candidates through a hiring process.

Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with activity and placement goals.

Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote team.

Current residence in Florida is required.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan.

100% remote work for team members located in Florida.

A focused IT recruiting desk with established client relationships and active job requirements.

A high level of autonomy in a collaborative environment without unnecessary micromanagement.

Access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, Indeed, and the tools needed to build a strong pipeline.

15 days of paid time off.

Health, dental, and vision insurance.

An experienced team and a boutique agency environment where individual performance has a visible impact.
