Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing validated therapeutic modalities to support clients' recovery journeys.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients' families, empowering them to participate effectively in the treatment process.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• A demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders, along with strong therapeutic skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a detox or intensive outpatient (IOP) setting is highly regarded.
• Background in trauma-informed care and familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $104,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
