You will interact with clients through secure video chat sessions, making it convenient for both you and the individuals seeking assistance. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to guide clients towards improved mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions and experiences, helping clients gain self-awareness and clarity.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and devise comprehensive treatment plans using evidence-based practices and your specialized knowledge.

Our client population primarily consists of individuals who have been prescreened as stable with low-acuity needs. • A Master's degree in fields such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent state-issued license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW); provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Ability to make informed evaluations and develop effective treatment plans based on clinical expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including video conferencing platforms and therapist management systems.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or remote therapy practice is advantageous.
• Experience with solution-based therapeutic models and methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload and building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

• Salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on experience and hours worked.
