As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clarity Counseling Collective, you will:

• Conduct thorough and ethical mental health assessments and provide high-quality counseling sessions via secure video chat.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges effectively.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs, goals, and circumstances.
• Facilitate insightful discussions to help clients explore their emotions, relationships, and personal insights.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, focusing on the development of healthy coping mechanisms and life skills.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to empower these individuals by helping them develop the necessary skills to enhance their overall quality of life.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, unencumbered state-issued license to practice independently, specifically as a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficient computer skills, including the use of telehealth platforms.
• Access to a reliable computer with a webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions, along with a dependable internet connection.

While not mandatory, candidates with a background in diverse counseling methodologies and familiarity with solution-based treatment approaches will be highly preferred. Additionally, experience working within community health settings could be beneficial in aligning with our organizational goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. As part of our commitment to your well-being, we also provide:
