Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clarity Counseling Collective, you will:

  • Conduct thorough and ethical mental health assessments and provide high-quality counseling sessions via secure video chat.
  • Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges effectively.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s specific needs, goals, and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, unencumbered state-issued license to practice independently, specifically as a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
  • At least two years of experience in mental health counseling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
