• Conduct assessments and provide ethical, compassionate individual mental health counseling tailored to client needs via video chat.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to assist clients in developing effective coping strategies and improving their overall mental wellness.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that outline specific, attainable goals in collaboration with your clients.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insight into their experiences, feelings, and relationships.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a variety of mental health challenges. Our goal is to empower these individuals by helping them develop skills and strategies that lead to improved quality of life. Your efforts will contribute towards fostering resilience and enhancing the overall well-being of our client population.

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) enabling you to provide therapy independently.
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening abilities.
• Proficient in using technology, including a computer equipped with audio and video capabilities for conducting sessions.
• Reliable internet access to ensure uninterrupted client communication.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role.
• Experience in using various evidence-based treatment modalities and approaches.
• Demonstrated ability in working with diverse populations.
