Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices aligned with best practices in mental health care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated, holistic care for each patient.
• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development meetings to improve treatment strategies and share insights with peers.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that may assist in their recovery journey.
• Stay current with the latest research, tools, and methodologies in mental health to enhance your practice and contribute to the organization’s commitment to excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an LCSW, you will work with a diverse client population at our detox center, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years' clinical experience, specifically focused on providing psychotherapy and mental health support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills capable of building rapport with clients and working effectively within a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex patient needs effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients in a detox or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling tools.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 80,000 – 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
