Description

Frontier Direct Care has sold its product through multiple channels; employee benefit brokers, general agencies, third-party administrators, captives, among others, to small-to-mid sized self-funded employers. As the Territory Sales Executive at Frontier Direct Care, you will focus on growing all channels, with a clear focus on the employee benefit brokerage channel, in historically underdeveloped markets with significant growth opportunities.


The Territory Sales Executive is an integral part of the Commercial team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) You will have interdepartmental exposure (marketing, operations, finance, account management) and will engage in designated territories and channels. You will also deliver qualified meetings and work with the CCO across every aspect of the sales cycle.ย 


In this role, you will have the opportunity to devise strategic plans, conceive and execute projects, conduct, and deliver market research, and engage internally and externally, in order to open new broker offices and develop relationships with key employee benefit decision makers that will help us continue to deliver hyper-growth.


This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located within the Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio metropolitan areas


Strategic

  • Research designated market(s), identity key decision makers at relevant employee benefit firmsย 
  • Attend industry specific trades shows and events
  • Network and engage via cold call, email, LinkedIn, marketing emails to contacts with the objective of scheduling meetings


Goals

  • Engage with and open new employee benefits brokerage houses within designated market(s)
  • Network with and continue to build on existing relationships within designated market(s)
  • Continuously achieve weekly/ monthly KPIs





Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' of sales experienceย 
  • Proven experience growing a book of business in an assigned territory
  • Experience driving impact in a metrics/KPI based environmentย 
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategiesย 
  • Self-funded, ancillary benefits industry experience preferred
  • Health care related experience preferredย 
  • Experience building and owning relationships with employee benefit brokers in an assigned marketย 
  • Candidates should expect up to 40% travel for client meetings and other business-related purposes
