Based in Franklin, Tennessee, we utilize a trusted online platform to match licensed mental health professionals with pre-screened, low-acuity clients. By handling essential administrative functions such as scheduling and billing, we empower our counselors to concentrate on what they do best—providing exceptional therapeutic care.

This position is fully remote, offering a flexible work environment that fosters work-life balance. As part of an outpatient care model, you will engage with clients in a virtual setting, affording you the opportunity to administer therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to establish a routine that enhances productivity and client engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand client needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Deliver high-quality, client-centered therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Help clients set realistic therapeutic goals and collaborate with them to make meaningful progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of each client interaction, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while also adhering to organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care and best practices.

As a member of Stronger Together Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Our typically low-acuity clients have been pre-screened to ensure alignment with your therapeutic approach, allowing you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that facilitate recovery and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A valid Tennessee licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW without any disciplinary actions.
• At least 2 years of professional clinical counseling experience, demonstrating effective intervention techniques and therapeutic rapport.

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in online therapy or telehealth services, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Special consideration will also be provided to those who have received advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities or have worked with specialized populations, such as adolescents or couples.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
