You might work with students who require mental health support outside of traditional school hours, including evenings and occasional weekends. Being part of a technology-driven practice, you will engage with students via secure online platforms, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information on each student's mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each student's unique circumstances.
• Engage in collaboration with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to create a supportive network that enhances the overall mental health and academic achievement of students.
• Deliver crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety planning strategies for students facing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, as well as organizational policies.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that equip students and families with coping strategies and resources to navigate their mental health journeys.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews to contribute to the overall strategy and direction of client care.

You will primarily work with students from various age groups, each facing distinct challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will involve liaising with parents and schools to ensure a holistic approach to care, ultimately promoting resilience and emotional well-being in a population that is often underserved in mental health services.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services, particularly in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a focus on building rapport with students and families.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school environment.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health initiatives and interventions.
• Proficiency in digital healthcare tools and teletherapy platforms.
