• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges, enabling you to craft effective intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that include defined goals, individualized interventions, and progress evaluations in collaboration with clients.
• Provide direct counseling and support to individuals and families experiencing crises, ensuring they are equipped with coping strategies and access to resources.
• Engage with clients to develop actionable service plans, facilitating connections to community resources like housing, employment, and health services.
• Administer crisis intervention techniques, conduct risk assessments, and devise safety plans when necessary, prioritizing the well-being of clients.
• Network and collaborate with identifiable community agencies to advocate effectively for clients and coordinate comprehensive support services.
• Participate actively in community outreach efforts to promote agency programs and raise awareness about the services we offer.
• Attend case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous professional development.

The clients you will work with include individuals and families dealing with challenging social issues, such as mental health concerns, substance abuse, domestic violence, and financial hardship. You will play a pivotal role in empowering these clients, helping them to identify their strengths, navigate their circumstances, and advocate for themselves. Your work will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and fostering lasting change.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in a social service agency or a relevant setting.
• Strong knowledge of community resources, trauma-informed care practices, and socio-economic justice issues.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to solve complex problems empathetically.

• Prior experience in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation effectively.
• Proven track record of engaging with community partners and advocating for clients’ needs.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 60,000 and 100,000, reflecting your experience and expertise. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
