• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client issues, leading to the formulation of accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and evolving needs.
• Respond promptly with crisis intervention strategies to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.
• Document all client interactions meticulously according to ethical and legal guidelines, maintaining confidentiality while tracking progress through well-structured treatment plans and progress notes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement holistic care strategies for clients.
• Inform and educate clients and their families on mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs in a compassionate and professional manner.
