Job description

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Project Manager. This position is a hybrid remote position in Tallahassee, FL.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary project management lead responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and closing cybersecurity audit and testing activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Master Project Plan, integrated project schedule, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and performance objectives.
  • Coordinate project resources, technical personnel, schedules, and priorities to ensure testing and audit activities are completed within established timelines.
  • Manage project scope, requirements, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests throughout the period of performance.
  • Establish and maintain project governance processes, status reporting, meeting schedules, action-item tracking, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate the development, review, submission, and tracking of contract deliverables to ensure completeness, accuracy, quality, and compliance with approved requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against approved schedules, resource plans, milestones, and deliverable requirements and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead project status meetings and coordinate communication among project stakeholders, technical personnel, and management to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
  • Manage the project risk and issue management process, identifying potential schedule, technical, resource, and performance risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate system access, testing prerequisites, project dependencies, and other administrative requirements necessary to support timely execution of cybersecurity assessment and testing activities.
  • Ensure project activities, decisions, risks, issues, and actions are appropriately documented and maintained in accordance with established project management and quality procedures.
  • Coordinate with technical leads to integrate cybersecurity audit, Ground-Truth testing, Ad Hoc testing, analysis, quality assurance, reporting, and knowledge-transfer activities into the overall project schedule.
  • Monitor resource utilization and workload distribution to ensure personnel are appropriately assigned and project objectives are achieved efficiently.
  • Conduct project quality reviews to verify that deliverables, supporting documentation, evidence, and project records satisfy established requirements before submission.
  • Prepare project status reports, management briefings, performance updates, lessons learned, and project closeout documentation, providing leadership with clear visibility into project progress, risks, accomplishments, and overall performance.

Qualifications Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant focused experience
  • PMI PMP certified
  • Able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

  • Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
