• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-focused methodologies.

• Facilitate educational sessions for clients and their families to address mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Your work will primarily focus on clients dealing with substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health issues. This vulnerable population requires compassionate support and effective intervention strategies to facilitate their recovery journey. You will provide therapeutic support in a safe, nurturing environment, empowering clients to embrace change and achieve their treatment goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical psychotherapy setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Experience working in detox or substance use treatment settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
