• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique needs of students, formulating individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based methods and solutions-focused strategies.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet each client's specific circumstances and needs.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation aligned with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all governing standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care that fully supports the student’s educational and therapeutic journey.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing expertise and gaining insights to enhance the care quality provided at our center.
• Educate and support students and their families on mental health matters, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge to face difficulties with resilience.
• Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic approach to provide cutting-edge care.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who may be facing emotional distress, behavioral challenges, or mental health diagnoses. You will work directly with students who may be experiencing issues such as trauma, anxiety, or depression, employing therapeutic techniques that are sensitive to their developmental needs and cultural backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting a strong foundation in clinical theory and practice.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington, validating your professional competence and ethical commitment to social work.
• Sound knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing for a tailored therapeutic approach for each client.
