Experity Care Consultants is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our remote team full-time. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of patients, measuring strengths and challenges within a supportive context.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Engage with patients and their families to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and the role of medications, fostering understanding and cooperation.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and revise comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate patient goals and preferences.
• Provide individual and group therapy, facilitating therapeutic groups and psychoeducational sessions focused on recovery skills and emotional resilience.
• Advocate for patients by helping them navigate the mental health system, ensuring their rights and needs are addressed effectively.
• Participate in discharge planning meetings, ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing care or recovery programs.

The ideal candidate for this role will engage with a diverse client population facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Our clients are from varying backgrounds, requiring tailored approaches that respect their unique experiences and cultural contexts. A strong focus is placed on creating structured, healing environments that promote open communication and long-lasting support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or remote work environment is beneficial.
• Previous work within addiction or detox settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatments specific to substance use and mental health disorders.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus. We offer robust health insurance options, covering medical, dental, and vision needs.
