This position is entirely remote, allowing for significant flexibility in scheduling and the comfort of working from home. As a telehealth-focused facility, you will conduct counseling sessions via secure virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for your clients. Our outpatient counseling model is designed to accommodate clients with varying needs, emphasizing accessibility and high-quality care.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring that diverse needs and backgrounds are recognized.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others, in individual, family, couples, and group settings.
• Collaborate with a talented team of multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that encompasses both mental and physical health.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records through electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying informed of the latest trends and research in the field of mental health, ensuring the application of current best practices in your therapeutic approach.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, making the ability to establish rapport and connect with diverse groups essential to your success in this role.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and regulations associated with counseling practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trustful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technology.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, family systems, or couples therapy is highly desirable and will be an asset in providing comprehensive support.
• Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
