• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, such as psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, tailored to understand the complex needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that incorporate their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings—individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that clients in acute distress receive timely and effective support, including liaising with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate holistic care.
• Perform regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and adapt plans as needed, ensuring continuous alignment with client goals and wellbeing.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health, incorporating this knowledge into clinical frameworks to enhance client care.

The successful candidate will primarily work with clients navigating the challenges of detoxification from substances and those with co-occurring mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Current, active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Experience working in a mental health or substance use treatment environment is preferred.

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
