• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches. Your assessments will guide therapeutic direction, ensuring each client receives tailored care.

Your role will involve working with a wide array of clients from different backgrounds, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois is mandatory to practice.
