• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions to facilitate patient progress and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring that all patient interactions are properly recorded and accessible.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of medical professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff—to provide a multi-faceted approach to patient care.
• Provide education, emotional support, and resources to patients and their families, empowering them to navigate their mental health journey.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health to incorporate cutting-edge practices into your therapeutic work.

As an LCSW at our clinic, you will engage with a varied clientele facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. We cater to individuals of all ages, promoting a comprehensive approach to mental health that respects our clients’ cultural, social, and emotional backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to effectively manage diverse patient needs.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical social work experience, particularly in mental health settings.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care principles and diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
